Each of our products is lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans across India. Because our items are made with care and precision, some may require a little extra time before they reach you.
Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

Since our products are handcrafted, certain items may take up to 7 business days to be prepared before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship:

Across India — to most pin codes covered by our courier partners.

Internationally — to all the countries in the world
If your location is not covered by our delivery network, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (within India):
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Some products may qualify for free shipping promotions. -
International Shipping:
Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

Within India: 2–5 business days (depending on destination and courier service).

International Orders: 5–20 business days (depending on country and customs clearance).
Please note: delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.
You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website under “My Orders.”
6. Packaging
We take utmost care in packaging to ensure your handcrafted items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Each product is:

Packed using eco-friendly and secure materials wherever possible.

Inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (see Section 8).
7. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Customs clearance (for international shipments)
In such cases, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and expedite your delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our [Returns & Refund Policy].
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to locate it. If not found, we’ll issue a refund or replacement depending on availability.
9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of checkout.
Artisans’ Treasure is not responsible for:

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Additional shipping costs for re-delivery due to address errors
If an order is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address details, you may need to pay re-shipping charges.
