Each item in our store is lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans, making it unique in design, texture, and finish. While we take great care to ensure every product meets our quality standards, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (i.e., not matching your order). Because each product is handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or design are not considered defects, they are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade art.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

If an order cannot be fulfilled for your destination or a production issue occurs, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund. Should you wish to request a cancellation, please get in touch as soon as possible. If your order has already entered production or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us at neeraj@artisanstreasure.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

4. Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • We will share the return shipping instructions via email.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was defective or damaged in transit.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Incorrect Address

If the address provided at checkout was incorrect, refunds are not available. If reshipment is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Our printing network selects the closest available production facility. In some countries, local customs or import duties may be charged upon delivery. These fees are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is refused due to duties, a refund may not be possible.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at neeraj@artisanstreasure.com or call us on +91 720 400 6663 with your order number.

In the event the order has been passed on to the production facility, it cannot be cancelled. The time taken to pass on the order to production facility is almost immediate and generally, less than 15 minutes.

9. Delivery Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and local handling. We’re not able to offer refunds for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance

  • courier processing

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information
